Our approach

We are working to make our public website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG provides a shared technical standard for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the website as content and technology change, and we address reported barriers as promptly as reasonably possible.

Accessibility measures

  • Semantic page structure, descriptive headings, and a skip-to-content link.
  • Keyboard access and clearly visible focus indicators.
  • Accessible names for navigation, controls, images, icons, and external links.
  • Form labels, required-field instructions, appropriate input types, and readable field boundaries.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences and Windows High Contrast Mode.
  • Responsive layouts designed to remain usable with browser zoom and narrow screens.
  • Text alternatives for essential location and contact information presented with embedded maps.

Third-party content

Some features, including embedded maps, Google reviews, and external social platforms, are provided by third parties. Their accessibility is controlled in part by those providers. If any third-party feature creates a barrier, please contact us and we will provide the information or service through an alternative method when reasonably possible.

Statement scope

This statement describes our accessibility efforts and target standard. It is not a certification or a representation that every page or third-party component has been independently verified to conform to every accessibility requirement.
